All products and services are tailored to individual client specifications.
3. Quotes and Orders
Quotations: All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Prices are subject to change after this period.
Orders: A signed approval and a 50% deposit are required to initiate any project. The remaining balance is due upon completion, prior to delivery or installation.
4. Payments
Payment Methods: We accept cash, company checks, major credit cards, and PayPal for online payments through our website at profastsignsandwraps.com. Credit card transactions may be subject to a 1.5% convenience fee.
Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project and before installation or delivery.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Custom Products: Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. Cancellations may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
6. Installation and Warranty
Installation: We ensure professional installation of all our products. However, we are not responsible for issues arising from pre-existing conditions of the application surface.
Warranty: We offer a one-year warranty on our installations. Manufacturer warranties on materials vary based on the product used.
7. Maintenance and Care
Vehicle Wraps: Proper maintenance is crucial for the longevity of your vehicle wrap. We recommend hand washing only and avoiding harsh chemicals. Detailed care instructions will be provided upon project completion.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Profast Signs and Wraps be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our products or services.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our Site. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
